Essential Responsibilities:

• Reviewing data entered to files by prior teams.

• Drafting Affidavits for the attorney, team lead or manager for review

• Upload and email Affidavits for the client to execute

• Communicating and assisting clients via email, client database messages and phone

• Complete document revision requests per client guidelines

• Following team notes and specific detailed instructions, this differs by each client.

• Working with other team members and other teams in the department to successfully move files forward

• Request and upload documents from the client systems to our database.

• Maintaining team queues, waiting queues and following up with outstanding items.

Reverse Mortgage Solutions Inc and National Field Network abandoned the servicing of the above unit at the 7600 Block of Muncy Road and Greenleaf Avenue Hyattsville, Maryland 20785. Reverse Mortgage Solutions claimed the property was sold through a foreclosure auction on July 6, 2016 at the Prince George’s County courthouse. That information was later found to be false.    Prince George’s County Property Standards Enforcement unit cited inhabitable property conditions and issued a notice to clean within 30 days in August 2016.  Obviously, the dwelling was not abated within specified date usually 30 days from date of notice.  Reverse Mortgage Solutions has not registered the property with PG County Foreclosure Registry.  Will Reverse Mortgage Solutions Inc continue using the services of National Field Network? Will Safeguard Properties service Reverse Mortgage Solutions work orders?  Will the listing broker be responsible for Prince George’s County code violations.

Reverse Mortgage Solutions Inc hired a legal representative to file a lost note affidavit to proceed with foreclosure on an equity line of credit (“living senior owner occupant”), National Field Network secured and neglected the dwelling, Listing Broker assigned, eviction notice and new landlord info given to occupants with no response to property condition, denial of hazardous insurance and property nuisances.

Brownstone Diamond Properties a former preservation contractor for another National Mortgage field servicer says RMS,its’ substitute trustees ,&its’ agents process was premature and violate FHA guidelines and regulations for FHA insured dwellings with mortgages. The dwelling should’ve been in conveyance condition on or before 09/08/2016. PG County require mortgage lenders to register vacant and occupied properties in foreclosure. How many preservation workers in your neighborhood has been unable to disclose who created and authorized the work order for assignment completion? Safeguard doesn’t allow that disclosure in Maryland and District of Columbia. Safeguard and National Field Network Inc, in New Jersey does not comprehend legal process and federal regulations due to the fact they hold subcontractors liability for any and all claims discovered in the preservation process.
